Mums Sale Order Form 2026

Support our Amazing Tiger Patch Garden by Ordering Mums, Fall Ornamentals and Pansies!


This order form will be open until 12 PM on Thursday, September 10th.

 

Plants will be available for pick up next to the school on E Lincoln Ave on Friday, September 18th, 2026 from noon onwards. 

 

Plants will be labeled for easy identification and will be out for pick up all afternoon. 

 

Please note that any orders not picked up will be donated to the school garden.
